Confirmed with Sonex (email) that the flange on the outboard ribs go toward the center of the flap as depicted on W06-01. It appears that outboard ribs, -02 and -03 may be reversed on the drawing and the outboard rib parts numbered wrong.
Finished fitting the ribs and hinge on the left flap assembly.
Cut and notched the right flap skin and fitted the ribs.
